The website advertises tours every 30 min but, in real, they are every 1 hour. The tour itself was informative in Italian and English. The tour included stop at the Blue grotto but the wait would have been more than 1 hour, so this part was skipped. We did not receive any refund for missing the stop at the Blue Grotto, but only the possibility to return to the port and go back only to the Blue Grotto with a different boat which would have required additional time.

We paid €19 per person for a two hour boat tour of Capri which was reasonable. The boat was not too packed and everyone had space, although there was no shade from the sun. The driver gave a brief description in English of the main spots to see, and gave the option to pay an additional €14 per person to visit the blue grotto. I would recommend this tour.

We simply wanted a 2 hour tour of the island and weren’t fussed if we got to Blue Grotto as we mainly wanted to see the 3 rocks. We bought tickets on the day near the taxi stand, the man there was so helpful and also answered other queries about the bus and taxis on Capri. The tour itself was great, enough space in the small wooden boat for 20-30ppl, with a very brief description of each sight. We were all given the option to wait to see the blue grotto (1hr wait at 2pm) or return back to port. Those that wanted to wait were shifted to a new boat. Summary is that this tour was great for the price (19€). I feel all the bad reviews would be those expecting a private tour, this is the wrong type of tour for you.

Came in late in the day and took the last trip out to the grotto. Grotto has little queues and went in swiftly. No complaints

Nice tour of the island - the sea was rough and the blue grotto was closed (unfortunately), but they put us on the shorter island cruise to the Faragolini and back and refunded us a few euro at the ticket booth. Our captain was great, and we still got to see two smaller grottos on the way out. Definitely book online - their website is easy to use, and it was nice not to worry about lines or anything. Easy to find in the marina as well!
