I contacted Mr. Raffaele several times (needing to buy in a very short time) because I was interested in some properties advertised on his internet page. Between several calls and messages I managed to get an answer, naturally late, moreover not even exhaustive because the site was not updated and therefore some properties sold, and for others I had to wait for news in a few days (from 5/12/20 to today 28/12/20 "and still despite no solicitation"). I have had to deal with many agencies in the last period, some more available and some less, but none comparable to the very little professionalism, the lack of desire to do their job well and the little respect for both the seller and the buyer.
