Why 5 stars at a bar, you say? After all, when we arrived the oven was still not active. But ... Ok, this little miracle deserves a few more lines. Returning from one of the most beautiful excursions of this holiday (and thinking that I only knew the vicissitudes of the workers a year ago from the Sulcis), we were as always beyond the maximum time for lunch (3:00 pm Abundant). At that point the plan B "first place opened" is passed. At the entrance I ask if we can eat something, and the lady tells us that it is a little late. Or soon. And I say look everything is fine, a sandwich, a toast ... You say "maybe a platter of cold cuts" and yes I do, but a guy from the back of the bar says "but there is no bread, only carasau", and I with the look of someone who has blood glucose now at negative values I say "it's fine". At that point the mysterious character, who later turns out to be the pizza maker, approaches me thoughtfully and tells me "or if you like I can make you a spaghettino with clams, or with mussels, or ..." And I "but clams fresh? " And he "obvious!" And I "and you tell me as a second option?" Moral: the best spaghetti on the rocks since we landed in Sardinia, and we also ate in one of the two restaurants considered the best in Sardinia by Slow Food. Sometimes small miracles happen. If you too are lucky enough to play a day in the Sulcis without too much planning, be amazed by the unknown beauty of this coast and come to the parts of this bar, I would even dare to try pizza, which if so gives me so much must be so much stuff !
