A beautiful property that certainly has potential. The period certainly posed many difficulties for everyone. To guests who at any moment found themselves without the contact of their loved ones. The discomfort of relatives outside waiting for the news of their loved ones hosted in the residence, and the staff themselves put to the test to have to manage a new situation. I highly recommend better organizing video call management and visits to relatives because only once a week is really too little in this period! There is a need for more clarity regarding clinical information on the health of loved ones. Hearing the same words always repeated every day leaves a lot to be desired, especially if in the end we discover something else. All this I write referring to specific pathologies, too superficiality in aggionarsi on the evolution of events, we would have expected much more especially for the fact that we phoned daily to get this type of information.

My mother-in-law has been in this facility for over 5 years, she has a serious illness and is very well followed. The staff is all qualified and for anything you just need to ask. I read the previous review and it is absolutely not possible either real. Unfortunately we know how the reviews are ... I have a restaurant ...... the doctors are competent and external doctors if necessary go there normally, my mother-in-law is followed by a cardiologist who goes periodically, never heard that they can't enter !! ! or that tranquilizers are given or that the staff does not respond !!! I can only advise all those who need a residence for the elderly to go there in person and find out.

In three weeks of hospitalization my grandmother was not recognized pneumonia for which she then died. We constantly asked the doctor of competence to visit it which told us to do it already regularly (which, among other things, then proved not to be true). We had to let the family doctor into the facility that had to pretend to be a relative because it was not allowed to visit guests by external doctors. For several nights my grandmother was breathless, she called the nurses but no one came. They stuffed her with tranquilizers because they were just an agitated person who got caught up in anxiety. He actually had fluid in his lungs, that's why he could not breathe! The same day we had to sign and of course pay us to get an ambulance and transport my grandmother to the hospital in Savigliano, where she was immediately resuscitated, to no avail. If the Blue Age staff had been competent at this time, my grandmother would still be alive. This is what was told to us by the hospital doctors. Icing on the cake: we were asked to pay the fee for the next two weeks for which we had initially booked. In addition, when we went to the structure to recover the personal affections we expected at least that the room (paid again for the following days!) Was locked. Instead it was even already occupied by another guest, although our things were still inside. The money, however, they all wanted ... A shame !!! Unfortunately, only now have I become aware of many other similar stories. I wonder how such places can still be opened ...
