I went to this workshop to have my BMW 218 serviced and for a scrap-like noise coming from the front end in case of holes or bumps. When I picked up the car I was told that everything was fine and they hadn't detected any noise. At my insistence the owner accompanied me for a short tour around the workshop where he could see the noise himself and attribute it to the shock absorbers. After their replacement of the shock absorbers, the noise, albeit decreased, remains. After the tire change at another workshop I was pointed out that a bead on the left front wheel was of a different pitch and probably of a Volkswagen. When asked how such a thing was possible, I was first branded as aggressive by the owner's daughter first, and then I was told that it was basically just a bolt and that they would fix it easily. Not having more confidence in the work of the workshop, I went to another service to verify what was done: a bullore had been replaced but another was in the conditions of which I am attaching the photograph. Everyone draws due considerations.
Very professional garage, especially on electronics. On time for delivery of the cars.
