I called for a quote to change 4 tires on the fiat panda ... I called back requesting the quote again ... I'll call you back and let you know .... Never got the call Nobody ever told me about the expense ... After 2 attempts I gave up Clearly put elsewhere.

Absolutely negative experience. I took my Fiat Grande Punto to the workshop last September for a gearbox replacement. Over 15 days of waiting, and a not negligible expense (provided that it is foreseeable). I recently discovered, following checks carried out on the car due to an accident immediately, that the gearbox of a 500 was mounted and not a large Punto. Which nobody, at the time, had warned or informed me about. This resulted, following the impact of the accident, a new breakage of the same and damages for hundreds of euros. Very avoidable if his part had been mounted on the machine and not a regenerated gearbox. Incompetence and dishonesty.

I had problems with the automatic gearbox of my A6,, I turned to them to find out how to solve it, on the phone they replied that the cost could range from a minimum price of 700 euros to a maximum of 2700 if there were any problems also of electronics, I replied that the gearbox was tearing but there was no electronics problems and so I took the machine to the workshop for a quote.After three days I was contacted and of course the damage was the maximum (2700 euros) the machine was old and for me it was not worth it it was too much, then on the phone I was told that they saw if they could do something to lower the expense a little (maybe not changing all the components and other things at all) and we agreed that they would do know. Two days later the estimate was 2000 euros which I then accepted.I collected the car about 10 days later, paying the 2000 euros half billed half in black but already the next day I had to bring it back because I noticed a loss of oil from the gearbox, brought back to the workshop, is returned to me after an hour saying that everything was fine. brought the car back home the day after I realize that the leak was still there, I take it back to the workshop I leave it there for two days and it is returned to me this time it seemed okay for the leaks, however Dario warned me that he had seen oil in the water circuit. I take the car home and show it to my mechanic who tells me that the leak comes from the gearbox oil cooler, I have it changed (400 euros) and I bring it back to Dario to redo the gearbox servicing. Dario does it without making me pay (for this I thank him) and I finally have my efficient car. After a couple of days I hear a light whistle coming from the gearbox, unfortunately I don't give it much weight and I use the car normally, after 4 months I remain on the highway with the gearbox which, although working well, did not transmit motion to the wheels, in short, I spend 400 euros tow truck and take it back to the workshop. After another two days the news, a broken gear of the differential, spent to fix it 2200 euros also all in black. Of course the fault is mine because I neglected that whistle, I take the blame and pay. now 20,000 kilometers later I have the car with the broken gearbox in Taranto (I was on vacation in PUglia), the first thing these gentlemen told me on the phone was that probably for what I had paid it was not possible to do everything but that if I put it on a car transporter and took it to them, they saw what could be done (maybe with another 2000 euros because certainly the fault is mine I'm sure). I apologize I was in the wrong workshop, this review was for the tecnocambi, I don't know how it was published on this profile, I apologize to the owner.

Negative experience for the result of the repair as well as for post-sales assistance; at the beginning of last year I took my mother-in-law's Lancia Musa due to problems with the automatic robotised gearbox, the car no longer changed gears, here the electronic gearbox was repaired and for a while the defect disappeared; however after only four months the same defect appears again, this time Mr. Dario offers us the regenerated spare part to fix the defect definitively (cost up to 800.00 euros without an invoice); after a year and a half, that is to say an expired warranty, the Muse, which has meanwhile traveled less than 9,000 kilometers, has left my mother-in-law on foot for the exact same problem with a faulty gearbox. I pointed out to Dario that for an expense of this kind I did not expect to be able to cover 9,000 kilometers, but he hastily replies to me that the guarantee has expired and he must not answer for anything; then trying to reason with him he suggested leaving the car to do tests and then he would let me know. After two days he had me called by the secretary who said that for the third repair it was necessary to change the electronic change at the cost this time of 1400.00 euros All this without ever having a car acceptance card or written or other receipt or quote ... Well what to say? Compliments! after two failed attempts (failed for me who pay but not for the cashing) the solution that was most obvious from the beginning is proposed. Among other things, at the same price as the official Fiat Lancia workshops that can be considered more specific and above all guaranteed. But evidently you no longer need customers here, think again.

I waited a week to get a quote with the car stopped by them, and the quote was almost double compared to when, once I got the car back, I spent by another mechanic
