On December 30, 2018, late in the morning, we entered the room and took a seat. The staff told us to make the receipt first by asserting that our group had not given a good morning. Total disappointment in the behavior of the staff that leads me to give a negative review because the fact of doing the receipt first, according to staff, seems to be the practice ... but it seems that it is not so. Lack of trust in customers. For me it is not. So Ginosa will never grow ... explaining before it is under staff would avoid any kind of misunderstanding between staff and customers. For me it is not.
