I purchased a product (a media player with android) from Loro advertised as safe and excellent: after some phone calls for information, I purchased it
On the day of delivery, I realized:
1) I am a manual user
2) it didn't work well
3) it is not a media player as promised by Loro
I sent it back the next day at my expense (right of withdrawal) and I still await the reimbursement which, in any case, will be penalized because they hold back illegally, 25 euros
Denounced for fraud and misappropriation
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
