I'm sorry but I was ordering from you years ago and I have always enjoyed it, for some time now the portions have been greatly reduced and the prices have remained unchanged if not increased. In addition, you no longer answer the phone and do not notify via e-mail about order receipt and fulfillment. Paying 7.50 per ina portion of parmigiana equivalent to four or five forkfuls today is truly unheard of. Not even fresh water and seasonings placed at random. I will never order from you again.

2 portions of tiny parmigiana. An isalatone without "forgotten" seasoning. 3 bottles of "hot" water. For a total of € 25.50, a theft. Maximum gain them and my total dissatisfaction. Change your job. Ps: you have lost a customer, I will not take anything from you. I put a star because I can't do otherwise

I ordered pizza 4 times in the evening. For all 4 times it arrived icy, even though it lived 5 minutes from "San Matteo". Call them at the mobile number and they don't answer, write them a message and they don't answer, you don't know when the pizza will arrive, you find yourself on the receipt 1 € more at pizza .... I would say it's better not to use the service anymore. Good pizza, so if I have to eat it I go directly to San Matteo.

Excellent dishes, delivery took place in time. My choice when I need lunch or dinner with home delivery in Verona where I often go for work.

I keep calling on my cell phone and never answering, they will have too much work. To be eliminated as a recommended choice
