I called idroteck for a blocked drain problem in the kitchen !! I state that I live on the ground floor and due to a lack of slope in an accommodation that is dated, I often have a clogged sink! Despite the equipment available and after several attempts, the problem seemed unsolvable !!! But thanks to the plumber's insistence and professionalism, in the end the drain hose was freed .... Not to be forgotten, kindness and punctuality .... EXCELLENT .... Renè

REVIEW ADJUSTMENT the problem with the washing machine seemed to be solved but it was not so, but I can understand that it is necessary to "try" to find the fault: after having spent 50 € between call and "first missed resolution" of the problem (and there is), the technician hypothesizes that is a problem with the pump, therefore proposes to my mother to spend 100 € to change it and, IF THE DAMAGE IS NOT SOLVED, the pump would have resumed and the 100 € returned, which for 10 days does not happen, before it passes today, then tomorrow, then the day after tomorrow, etc. etc.

Precision and punctuality

Bad Experience !! Be careful. I trusted positive feedback that unfortunately does not reflect reality. We have arranged the price on the phone to install 1 climate (1 outdoor unit and 1 indoor unit). Arrived in the morning with the assistant. Very arrogant (combination of ignorance and total incompetence). At the end of the works he asked me 40% more than the agreed sum, because he told me that there were some unexpected events. He later left with the air conditioner not working. He told me I had to call for assistance to get it fixed. In the end I spent more money to call another good and competent plumber to reinstall everything because the indoor unit was mounted incorrectly. Obviously I had to pay the gas refill. Total expenditure only for the installation, as the predisposition and the climate I had them already was very very high. I have all the necessary documentation for those who should be interested. Very bad !!! Never again trust positive feedback.
