After giving an advance of the package, I go for the appointment and find the place totally empty. No alert calls.
Dopp my insistence finally Dunia replies where he apologizes but have had line problems with the notices.
In all, I have been waiting for a refund for two months, but no one goes alive.
I paid 350 € for the package of the LASER to the diode. Before they closed the cabin and the puppets, I only had time to do a session. Let's hope they reopen, otherwise I will have lost 300 euros.
ZERO CORRECTNESS
Last year I started the diode laser with them (the sessions must be repeated several times) at the headquarters in via san felice in Bologna. Then they close and I am forced to continue in San Lazzaro, but they assure me that very soon a new center would open in the center of Bologna (where the renovations were being carried out). Instead, they have completely disappeared, no longer available on the phone, no news regarding the new location, and thus left halfway through treatment. Professionalism less than zero.
I had booked for some time and only 2 days before the treatment they called me to inform me that on that date they were closed ..... ZERO PROFESSIONALISM !!!
I felt pampered and I was very satisfied, for the operator's competence and for the result obtained. I was struck by the pleasure that the operator showed in doing her job, not done because such but because happy to do it. Rare quality nowadays.
