Quilt ruined and delivered in untenable condition. Bad service. I will NEVER use that laundry again. It also lowers the overall quality of the hypermarket which instead offers other excellent services.

Unfriendliness is the specialty of this shop. Expensive and poor tailoring services. I asked them to redo a bad and faulty tailoring repair and they wanted to pay me back for the service. Laundry changed.

On 02-10 I gave him 1st quilt 2 squares: I went for the retreat 4 times. "The phone you tomorrow to let her know, ma'am." He spent three weeks, still waiting to be contacted, I resubmitted. Very nice for charity ...... I was done handwritten leaflet .... 2 words ...... refund € 60.00 per new leaders brought to wash in the future ...... pity only that neither new quilt, nor washing payment have been returned ...... and entrust new items to them ...... well, maybe I'll think for a moment

Bad experience! I brought two carpets to wash, paid over € 40l and they returned the same identical to before. When I showed it to them, they also treated me badly. Sconsigliatissimi. Never again. You have lost a client.

They have lost one of my jackets, at my request for explanations I was offended and treated with rudeness. Shameful.
