My first visit to a McDonald's in Italy. The Staff were very friendly and the burgers are better than the ones I usually have in the UK.
Not bad
It's actually the worst I've ever been. It makes you realise how important is the personal effort even in chain restaurants. Most of the menu is not available, often the missing items are told the customers after the payment, the table service is sometimes not available (and again, not advertised) as well, so the staff is shouting numbers loudly enough to be heard by all sitting customers. This chaos invariably leads to delays in service, and the staff is generally quite impolite as well.
