I gave the sale of my property to this agency exclusively in February 2020, as they feared an exclusive and quick method of selling. Except for the stop period due to Covid, I have had very few feedback from them, with very few visits. In the last 2/3 months (from July to September) the only communications I received were 'suggestions' to lower the sale price. Just to give a term of comparison, at the end of the mandate (October 2020) I entrusted the property to another agency: 25 visits in 20 days, deed after 1 month and a half from the assignment at the price requested by me. Bad experience.

Excellent agency with highly qualified staff who follow you step by step. The staff is extremely helpful and transparent towards the buyer and the seller. In the field of real estate agencies a real rarity.
