Little professionalism. I agreed via e-mail and made an appointment to view an apartment. While I leave the house to go to the appointment, I decide to call to confirm. I'm not getting an answer. I write a message and shortly after (8 minutes before the appuntalento I am notified 20 minutes late, the lady says she was going to warn me, coincidentally, even if in fact 8 minutes before I think it's late)
After calling her again unanswered, he calls me back saying that he arrives in 15 minutes, which then became more, however he arrives and does not have the door keys. We agree to resent and fix a new appointment but again it does not respond and does not even call. If there were zero stars I would give it, professionalism does not know exactly where it is over!
The Agency is competent and very attentive to the needs of customers to whom availability is maximum. Great Professionalism. Thanks again.
