The butchery prices are certainly not cheap but in line with the excellent quality of the meats, the place is rather small, the service very friendly but rather slow but still worth the wait!

The typical and unmistakable artisan production of cured meats make this exercise clearly the best in the surrounding area. The unique and seasoned ham is fragrant and very sweet for a long time. The pickled pancetta melts in your mouth and the greaves are made with a recipe now forgotten and used in ancient times by our grandparents. The sausage is perfect both on the grill and as a unique base for the sauce. It is our duty to appreciate the courtesy and competence of Claudio, son of the founder Giorgio.
