Not efficient service. In order to send a package I had to go twice. The first, after a wait of almost an hour, they invited me to leave for "time's up". Unfortunately there is no defense. Extremely rude staff.

I put a star because zero is not possible, scandalous, with an absurd slowness and full of ridge, they lock the door while there are people waiting outside and insult the people inside because it is 13.38 and closing at 13.35 they cannot , I quote verbatim, work further. The most total disgust.

I booked the ticket online for the collection of a registered letter at 10 am today and the post office was perfectly consistent with the time

I take a number, I wait an hour and I can't collect a registered letter, I come back later, I take a number, I wait half an hour, nothing ..... Too slow!!!! I will never withdraw it ... Inefficient. It is not the first time that happens to me ... With 30/40 people waiting, 2 employees at the counters wait hours, all angry. The two "poor things" at the counter continue to say that they can't do anything .... Protest yourself! So that's not exactly right!

The inefficiency of Italian post offices and in particular of this office is sensational. They should just shut down the cabin. After a failed delivery of a package, which should have at least tried to deliver it twice, but it was not, I went to the office and after more than an hour of queue, it was up to me, the office with about 20 people inside has stopped serving customers with a number, regularly collected from the machine, waiting. Saying you go to another post office, it's a pity the parcels don't move ... This is frustrating, I felt cheated. Please give work to those who want ... and close their doors if you are unable to provide an efficient or at least decent service.
