Very bad! Pay phone number. They only receive by appointment, if you show up to make an appointment they make you wait outside (like a dog); gate locked, an operator when / if he wants to open you and then reopen the gate to go out (not even in the bank!). If you want to pay to be treated as DEALERS who have no right to speak or even worse of comments, you are in the right place. I was attacked for leaving a comment for the bad treatment received on FB. To avoid.

Dear and rude, they shut the phone in your face and force you to call the very high toll number by slamming the phone in your face without answering the slightest question

An execrable service, as far as the 730 is concerned. They are not informed, they are not professional, they are not responsible, they do not know any laws they are not prepared with regards to this chapter. I had to do them work, even if I paid the sum of 50 euros without a receipt or invoice, I had to inform myself in the municipality, as an accountant, and lastly I had to go to the revenue agency to personally confirm how much I knew (tax deduction for bathroom renovation). After a month from my request, I went to pick up my file and just there I was told that there is a (non-existent) problem. Regrettable is also the intervention of the owner (I think) because he is too agitated and offensive to my complaints regarding professionalism and timing by telling me that if it suits me so well (ie renouncing my rights) otherwise going somewhere else. A shame!!!!
