non-existent after-sales support: I had a problem with an air conditioner that had not worked since the installation. after countless phone calls, the most varied reasons for the continuation of the repair and 3 months after the opening of the file, I decide to move independently and to contact directly the customer service of the parent company of the air conditioners. After 2 days a technician is at my house who identifies the problem, orders the card that gave problems and after 10 days I have the air conditioner working. Even my trusted installer told me that many people complain about the poor service of this chain. Since there are other alternatives, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
