I refer to the part of the Woman
the proprietary mother and daughter are two unfair people
against the presentation of a voucher issued by them 4 years ago (delivered instead of reimbursing the cost of a defective item under warranty € 200.00)
and never used because I've never found anything interesting to buy, but the voucher does not include an expiration date!
Today I presented myself for a purchase of about 70 euros and they laughed in my face telling me that I should be ashamed to introduce myself after 4 years with that voucher, they lost their temper and even told me that I had a good face to introduce myself to do buy with that voucher.
All this in the face of my complaint made with absolute good education,
I have only stated that if at the time the money had been returned to me there would have been no problems, I do not find it correct that my money was appropriate and that they do not intend to return it or even change it with merchandise.
For a matter of principle I will do so and in a manner that what happened to me is disclosed and I will turn to a consumer union to assert my reasons.
Really ashamed !!!
