I asked for more details on the problems with the structure and the manager then admitted that in fact he had already sold my apartment, so I had to change FORCE. He continued to submit proposals of a lower level and in front of my umpteenth refusal, he started screaming at me, telling me that he had suffered an intimate mourning and that I SHOULD be understanding. Obviously I manifested my displeasure and humanly my closeness but I pointed out to him that it did not seem right to me that strictly personal problems would fall on me, also because I don't even know him. He continued to send me messages, complete with a photo and poster of the deceased, stating that I was a BAD person, for not having understood and accepted his alternative proposals. What to say!? A nightmare experience! Mr. Nazario should learn to be more professional, honest and above all he should learn to have respect for the customer, keeping the appropriate detachment, without letting go of strictly personal life stories. I find it incorrect to charge a customer with their problems. If I could have I would not have put even 1 star.
