I think I will always remember the taste of this ice cream. The two of us soon have stracciatella - chocolate and caramel - Sagrantino fish - Peanuts. All exceptional, never extremely sweet, balanced. The peach flavor and the stracciatella are applauded. We found out later that he had won awards with some tastes and that just does him justice. I wish I could rate the ice cream, but I can only comment on the clerk's rudeness. We arrived, door open, no indication of possible closure / time (3pm, so normal time, all bars and shops were open being Sunday). We entered saying good morning, the lady immediately attacked us, saying that it was closed and that we had dirty the floor (two steps) just washed (there were no signs). We apologized, walked out and the lady kept complaining really rude behind our back. I lost my temper and advised the lady to calm down.

Really bad experience. We go in and ask for 2 yogurts choosing from the available flavors (a sauce and a grain, price 2 euros each). After choosing, we are asked for 6 euros because the chosen flavor is considered jam and not sauce (I point out that in the displayed menu there is no difference between the 2 and between all the items there was no defined sauce!). After pointing this out to the saleswoman, we were rudely replied saying that if we had any complaints we would have to talk to the owners. In addition to this, by asking what were the grains present, we were shown the jars without indicating the contents. Such a service is really embarrassing.

Always went to this ice cream parlor but this year the service disappointed me to say the least. We were treated very badly by the lady who served, before us 4 people entered (who did not know each other), when it was our turn (4 conjoined with a lot of masks as per the rules) immediately to inveigh against us that we had to enter 2 at a time. Poor ice cream without a waffle (which instead he gave all the other customers without problems) but the apex of the hypocrisy was when after us 3 people entered WITHOUT A MASK and were served as if nothing had happened. BAD behavior. To never again!

Excellent quality ice cream, frankly I didn't expect anything like this in a small town like Montefalco. Of course, I could say that the cone I was given was unsafe, and that there were few flavors available and not fresh from the day, but considering the context, the 5 stars are well deserved.
