Redesigned local product shop with a small terrace and street food kind of meals. It is on the main square so the atmosphere is very nice. It is a family run traditional business with various local products. Good place for souvenir shopping too.

We wanted to have a snack and, gratified by the splendid location of the Montefalco square, we sat down. A gentleman approached us, who later revealed himself to be the owner, who illustrated the dishes to us with extreme sympathy and professionalism. In 2 we took a raw platter with a focaccia, a lasagna and a parmigiana (I want to specify, not each). At the end of the cutting board we were already satisfied but the lightness of what came after did not weigh us down anyway. All accompanied by the excellent red wine of Montefalco. Price absolutely in line with what we ate. After two days we replied, this time we didn't get carried away by the throat and we took a platter of cold cuts and cheeses always accompanied by focaccia and wine. I remain of the same opinion expressed previously, only a small note on the protection systems that were not so expected on the second day.

Attracted by the proposal of the day, we sat down. It turned out then that the second dish proposed did not correspond but was part of one of the dishes on the menu and it was not at all the same, well we were satisfied. The dishes were passable but with an inappropriate high price. The wine is served only by the glass and you cannot have the bottle, a very high price to have a taste of Sagrantino from an already open and dull bottle, they served a bad wine when the Sagrantino is of great excellence. The waitress showed up and served until some other table filled up and put on the mask. In times of Covid it is good to pay attention. I noticed that the menus were never clean but passed through the hands of customers and customers, unhygienic. The waitress was decidedly unprofessional, plus she liked it, not done, she was arrogant and rude, the customer is treated with a smile, courtesy and education. However, she wasn't the only one who had an unwelcome attitude. I'm sorry to give this bad review, unfortunately I didn't like this place at all.

I went in July with my family. I ordered a platter of mixed Umbrian cold cuts. The quality was poor, there was also the sliced ​​mortadella (I did not know that mortadella was typical of Umbria :)) high price. I'm sorry but if you want something typical, the place is to be avoided, there is certainly much better. Tourist trap.
