This Church is dedicated to the 50 martyrs of Abitene, a city in Tunisia, slaughtered because Christians, in a nation where Christianity was not yet accepted, a few centuries ago. It is a very modern Church, built in this new millennium. It has a semicircular shape, but circular, instead, is the Apse, in light marble, and on which the altar rests, as well as clear, both the wood of the benches and, clear the walls, painted in soft pastel colors. On one side of the Church, a fresco stands out, on which, human figures, evanescent, symbolize the 50 martyrs, who became Saints today, in their land. While, on the central altar, descends from above, a Christ in olive wood, with arms spread wide, in the form of branches. There is an entrance for disabled people, there are numerous places to sit and special attention for children. Yes, this is a Church with a very strong symbolic value, where every minimal detail is linked to the agricultural territory in which it was founded, and exactly, in the center of the country: public housing, fruit and vegetable market, schools, bars, shops , Railway Station: right in the middle of his faithful!
