I finally managed to visit Molino Pandolfo! Very trained staff and super products! You can see the care and passion they have put into their work for years! If you are passing through, stop, it is really worth it!
In via carriona in Carrara ... the bakery !!. It is not easy to find it .. just follow the scent of freshly baked bread ... in an ancient mill the resale comes with every quality of bread, pizza and focaccia all with mother yeast and with different types of flour ... you would buy them all ... and they are very good .. the service is 6 ⭐
Who does not try the bread and focaccia of the Pandolfo mill does not know that it is lost .... Education, sympathy and knowledge of the raw materials of excellence, good guys, you are the gods of bread.
