Beautiful small church.

Between the mid-1500s and 1600s the Minimum Fathers of San Francesco di Paola, new assignees of the church, redesigned its development and reoriented the facade to the east. The current facade, finished in 1760, is composed of four niches in which four Vicenza stone statues were placed and which depict, at the bottom left, San Francesco di Paola (the Saint Wonderworker protector of Calabria and seafarers), in Sant'Agostino is on the lower right, San Michele Arcangelo is on the upper right and San Barnaba is on the upper left. The interior is extremely valuable and absolutely to visit, live, attend and protect.

Church located in the historic center of Modena. Externally not very evident, it presents itself with a simple façade and almost completely devoid of decorations, so as to pass almost unnoticed. The interior however, is abundantly decorated and rich in paintings, frescoes, statues and sacred images. Very clearly the cult of the Virgin Mary, with as many as 2 and as many altars of great beauty sacred images. Obviously, there is a chapel dedicated to the saint to whom the church is named. The majestic is also very beautiful, although not of considerable size, a pipe organ placed above the entrance door. The spaces are large and everything is well laid out and enclosed in an essential dimension. Worth a visit.

The St. Barnabas church is located in the historic center of Modena. It's not big but its interior is really beautiful. In baroque style it manages to strike for its specificity. The baptismal font at the entrance is very beautiful. If you go to Modena, look for it to visit it and you won't regret it.
