M medical Visite e Patenti in Giornata

Done Quick test on 23/12 Positive result. Subsequently done molecular test. Wait 48h to get the result. 25/12 I have not received any feedback, I try to make several phone calls but I do not receive any response. After the 5th phone call they answer me that I have to contact them via WhatsApp to get the result ...... which is in turn Negative .... Bah

Second consecutive year in which I do a competitive sports medical examination in this facility. Last year I had been examined by an operator, this year I requested to visit the doctor, and I was told that this would happen. The doctor was not there on the day of the visit. After the visit I don't get the certificate, I call after a few days and they tell me that I have to go back for a check-up by the cardiologist. Perhaps they could have called me to inform me of the problem. After a successful visit to the cardiologist, I still have to wait to receive the certificate via email the next evening. Two days later I go to the clinic to collect the original certificate and it is not found. Medical examination made on October 15th, October 23rd after a long odyssey, the certificate is finally in my hands. Too bad they had to do it again because the original was lost. Disorganization and incompetence, I do not recommend using this clinic.

The doctor was unable to enter the data into the system for the new digital certificate and issued me the traditional paper certificate. Unfortunately this was not accepted by the motorization and therefore I returned for the dematerialized certificate according to the law. At last he managed to get me the digital certificate but they made me pay 16 € for the stamp duty again ... that is, due to their mistake, I found myself paying twice the 16 € stamp! Indeed, the doctor also told me that after all he did not make me pay for the visit the second time !!!

Done the swab on October 22nd. On Sunday 25th John calls me to inform me that I am positive and that I have been reported to the Usl. Today and October 29 and from the Usl I have not received any communication. I asked M Medical twice for a copy of the analyzes and the report to the Usl. This morning I always sent an email to M Medical renewing the request, but I'm desperate. I just want to swab the second USL !!!!

Very satisfied with M medical, I made a molecular swab on 25/12/2020, everything was perfect and very happy especially because it was Christmas and they were operational. Nice staff and super competent nurses and doctors. I have also made other visits in the past always very satisfied.
