Semi-annual subscription purchased with promo for € 240 in mid-February 2020. I took 2 lessons from this subscription because then the gym closed for obvious reasons (Covid-19) ... I asked for a refund because even if they reopened in full security "in June ... I think that the choice is up to the customer and if the customer does not feel safe being in a closed place, with other people and without a mask, I think he has full right to do what he wants and ask for refund I think it is legitimate. I was denied this refund, saying they "froze" the subscriptions and extending the expiration of mine until mid-November. At the beginning of September I went back 4 times, booking the course ... I tried, but I repeat, among the people without a mask I don't want to stay there. I will certainly never go back ... It is the consumer's right to be able to receive a refund (even partial, I did not expect the full amount), Federconsumatori itself had agreed to request a refund for gyms and swimming pools ... I don't care if you have suffered costs to secure everything, I have not even used half of my € 240.

gym: following the recent renovation, the gym has deteriorated a lot, reduced machines, very small changing rooms without the minimum equipment (among other things, incredible gatherings are generated, the covid goes to the wedding in there ..) and the stinking humidity that is generated after 3 showers, all topped off with an exaggerated price increase. I can't wait for my subscription to expire. definitely to be avoided

Disappointing experience with the radiologist Dr. Paola. No interview before and even less after the ultrasound performed .. Hasty, hasty and almost annoying, it makes you feel uncomfortable. NOT RECOMMENDED this service. Franca
