I bought an appointment with this agency and it was an absolute "rip-off" as there were some hidden vices in the condominium. The real estate agent was aware of this but he advised me to go ahead without informing me of the real situation of the building. After the deed, I had the bad surprise of having to pay extraordinary expenses of 6% of the purchase price.
