I was a first time: a single agent and several people (in small groups) who were waiting: I gave up. Returned a second time: idem. Returned a third time: always a single agent and a customer planning a trip. Behind a doorway you could hear voices of people laughing and joking: it seemed like a little party. After 10 minutes of waiting I try to ask how long I can go back and the agent replies annoyed: What do I know !! .... and it is not that on other occasions when I was able to ask information, always to that one agent, I was answered with a minimum of kindness and availability! !! For sure I will never come back or recommend this agency.

I have never been to the agency in Treviso but by phone and email I purchased two bike tours abroad with them and both times I found great availability, kindness and professionalism. The tours they offer are very beautiful and for all needs. Recommended!!!
