I purchased two of their 20 "Bad Bikes, what can I say ... every time I look at them I use them I am convinced that I have made the right choice, they are in fact unsurpassed as comfort and practicality to ride in the city streets. As for the manufacturer and the assistance, I can say absolutely nothing, just think that on the occasion of the second purchase I had a problem with a component of the bike which, after reporting the problem via email, was sent directly to the dealer in time you can say "real". It is true that their bikes cost a little more than the average, but I think they are worth all their price!
