Courteous and low-skilled staff! Here is my personal experience: "good evening I would like to know about mykonos" and she "looks on the bulletin board". I'm literally shocked, I absolutely don't recommend it!

The branch which is located inside the Ipercoop shopping center in Quarto is not right. Yesterday I went to ask for information on a trip, I enter and I find the agency completely EMPTY, in the back office the staff were playing cards, blackjack to be exact they were most likely playing on the computer. After about 15 minutes of waiting, they left the back office as they ran out of money (real or usual) and finally someone notices my presence. A woman sits down, and asks me what I may need, she does not even have the education to invite me to sit, she answers my requests in a vague and pedantic way, bragging about her travels around the world and her vast culture of the places and peoples of the earth. I just wanted a tip from a "professional" (but there was not even a shadow of professionalism there) on where to go on vacation and instead of receiving assistance I also heard that if a person does not know where to go on vacation you should not turn to a travel agent as they have no time to waste and that when traveling you must have clear ideas about the destination, but above all about the culture of the place you intend to visit. I also requested a catalog on a specific place, and the seated woman, very nonchalantly and with an annoyed tone replied "there are the brochures, look for her destination, if it isn't there then I can't help her" and then she made me understand that I had to leave as she had other clients (her acquaintances) to serve. The rest of the staff (3 other people) after the card game, they went out to take a break at the bar. Throughout this story I have always been standing, talking to a seated person, who had no intention of lending assistance, and who treated me with disdain as he had much more important things to do than recommend a vacation. This is the worst travel agency I've ever been to, I don't recommend it to anyone !!
