Pasticceria MONACHESE Sottozero

On the wave of the memories of the old subzero pastry I brought my parents who were very disappointed. There is no trace of the large pastas of the past, we took some mignon, I asked if they were cream puffs and I was confirmed. Disappointment, in addition to costing € 1 each, I pay € 0.80 in pastry shops in the center of Bologna, the cream looked like the vegetable Hoplà with a lemon aftertaste to disguise, total for 4 cream puffs and 2 coffees € 6.40. I ask for toilet paper because there was none and they make me a roll of kitchen paper .... bad experience. I reply to the owner: 1) I didn't ask for pastries for intolerant people and I asked for bigger pastries and I was told "what's on the counter" ... really kind ... 2) Does the € 0.20 surcharge on each mignon and on each coffee seem appropriate? I didn't look at the menu, I ordered at the counter and I was told if you want to sit outside, we'll bring you the 2 coffees, because I had already taken the saucer with the 4 pastries, so after the invitation to sit the service had to be highlighted , in my house it's like this, 3) I was not in a hurry, I asked, as both bathrooms were out of stock if I could have toilet paper and I was given a roll of industrial kitchen towel. Having said that, your attitude seems childish to me, if you don't want to be criticized don't ask for reviews, or do you always do as I have seen in the previous ones, demanding the maximum even when you don't give it to you? You wished me bad for making you a criticism that if taken with intelligence it would serve to improve and not to send evil to customers, and do not worry about my work, think of your, excellent behavior!

Very good ice cream, consistent and with natural ingredients. Pastry is also excellent. Strongly recommended. Recently opened, well furnished, with outdoor tables.

A real surprise. I used to go to another very famous pastry shop in Foggia but since it was closed today I wanted to try Pasticceria Monachese which I had heard well about. I bought a semifreddo chocolate cake and I must honestly say that it has nothing to envy to other renowned pastry shops in the city, with which it certainly shares the quality but at a decidedly more honest price.

Super ice cream ... the best in town. The gianduia is exceptional!
