Friendly and helpful staff, excellent buffalo and stracciatella, many stuffed reinterpretations of buffalo, good wholemeal and spiced taralli, offered instead of bread, which inexplicably is not provided, not even for a fee, but is received only by ordering a cutting board, so I eaten the stracciatella without bread .... Too bad ..! The raw sandwiches are a good alternative to the more well-known neighbors .

Brilliant idea to say the least! Special stuffed burratine. Obligatory stop if you are in Polignano.

Very good sandwiches, from bread to the ingredients used for the filling. Nice and central place, with a wide variety of choices in dishes where mozzarella is the star!
