I went to this bookstore to purchase textbooks for my daughter. The owner Nadia immediately made herself available and in the space of 5 days she provided me with half of the textbooks, covered them with plastic covers, double-checked the codes, wrote the books she gave me on a sheet of paper and I also got a 10% discount. It doesn't get more efficient than that. Thanks Nadia.
