This morning I went to this refueling Total Erg located in Via Bonellina in Pistoia. I put gas in the self-service and just before inserting the pump, a small jet of petrol came out on the ground. It was near the gas station, a lady. He was on his cell phone, and when he saw that the jet of fuel spilled on the ground, he kept talking on the phone and said: "this handicapped does not even put gasoline!" It seems a shame to say such an exclamation! I did not say anything to avoid controversy but usually when I find the gas station men on duty, I always get treated very kindly. I hope this review is read and have a chat with the employee.
