I put 50 Euro and I could not take the petrol, I received a ticket when I pressed the refund button. The next day, we had to leave, we were there JUST for 3 days. We went back, we followed the instructions, point by point and entered the code that is written on the refund ticket. And I was able to take gasoline at the same pump. I'm not criticizing the service, they were on vacation until August 16th. The system is working. But if you don't understand Italian, it's impossible. The pumps are not in good condition. The company should take care of it for its image.
