Bad assistance, they repair the dryer (130 euros), the same still does not work (or does not dry because it does not heat). The technician introduces himself, measures the internal temperature (22.3 C) and tells me that the machine "works perfectly for me, does not dry for the external temperature (10.5 C)". To my observation that the machine has always worked much better to the point that when it opened hot steam came out up to 15 days ago he tells me "this is your perception, if you want I will take the machine and take it to the laboratory but will have to pay me X". In fact the machine does not dry anything, and for the technician everything works because at 10C this can be done by the machine. I deduce that in the last 5 years, and until January with even lower temperatures, the machine must have worked miraculously.

Scandalous, requesting intervention at the end of November, they would have had to replace the spare part by the first decade of December, but nobody bothered to warn that the spare part did not arrive. Assured the replacement around January 20, still today (23/2) I am waiting !!! I will never call them again!
