About a month ago I took my sprite to the store because it didn't turn on. I was told that it took 30 euros just to make a quote. My refusal was asked if I wanted to scrap it. Moral of the story I brought it to an electrician friend who changed the plug with 7 euros. Get away from this store.

I brought to fix a phone that I had dropped and did not light up anymore. I was returned saying that it was the battery and that it had been replaced with a new one. Result the new battery does not hold even 6 hours and the phone goes off regularly around 9 percent.

My personal experience has been nothing short of negative. You will not find real assistance for Vorwerk appliances in this shop, so if you have the Thermomix, for example, go elsewhere. If you decide to go there, I advise you to release the documentation once the service has been completed: receipt and guarantee !!!
