Bad first experience in this doctor's office, attracted by the many positive reviews. I phone Thursday morning for an appointment, and the young lady replies that before Tuesday there is no possibility to book: but then adds (without my having asked anything) that if I wanted in the afternoon at 19.30 there was availability!?. I arrive at 19.20 and in the waiting room - about 15 square meters - 7-8 people are already waiting. The temperature is not measured (which is serious in itself), and the environment in general does not correspond to the reviews read. I ask the people present since I am waiting, and a resigned person replies that his appointment was at 6.30 pm: I begin to think that I should have brought a mattress and blanket ... Finally the lady in charge comes out and I manage to remind him that the my appointment is at 7.30 pm > is the incredible answer of the young lady, who then again glosses > I insisted so much !!! ?? it is evident that the girl is - to put it mildly - a bit confused, but then she humiliates me in a useless and free way in front of everyone! as if I were the last of the idiots. I went away without saying a word, convinced that what happened was just a joke. but then I got the idea that this was not the case. but the only fruit of such rudeness. approximation and little professionalism. I think it is necessary to visit the competent local health authority.

I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and the preparation and knowledge of the subject, some time ago I met the doctor for advice from a friend, I had already visited several dentists to solve my problem with implantology, but no one wanted to get their hands on it, the doctor accepted the challenge and solved it with great success, I was very satisfied, and to tell the truth I did not expect to have this result, the very attentive staff, hygiene at the highest levels, which in these periods does not hurt !! heartfelt congratulations!
