Usually I try not to leave a negative review, but in this case I was left too much by the incompetence and lack of respect towards the customer. Some time ago I bought in this watch store, even more than one and so far everything is ok. Surely it doesn't take much talent to get money. After a while I had customer service for the broken glass and the shop owner proved very willing to solve the problem by saying that in 15 days we can pick it up. 15 days have passed no communication, 20 have passed and then all 30, no communication, we had to come into the store personally, wasting time uselessly only to be sent back to the next week that always had to arrive the vietro ... Another week arrived and then again, no communication of course and when my son came to get some clarification, he was sent back another time next week ... At this point I had called the owner to get clarifications on the matter, which instead of being kind and explaining proved rude and presentuous, and that after a long talk promised morning to call back to give precise information ... which of course did not, once again showing a total lack of respect ... being forced to call another time I rightly demanded the return of the watch to finish this mockery that lasted almost two months ... In a few days we also received a message with false data that said they will not be able to repair the mess that was brought a few days ago, which was false and I have an exact proof of this because I made a copy of the receipt before returning it, for missing spare parts needed. And so it took almost two months, false promises to find out that I can't do anything. What is an "excellent" customer service ... I do not recommend this store to everyone, absolutely. A very bad experience.
