On a visit to a friend, walking on Friday evening to the center of Campobasso we came across to this restaurant. A bit small, but certainly high quality made even more enjoyable by the presence of Aldo, the owner: a type from "bread to bread and wine to wine"! Really great. As we ate. Appetizers include a substantial "codfish change" creamed with herbs. And then the great dish of the house: linguine with baccalà ragù, with walnut cream and toasted crumb, washed down with the good “rosso Tintilia” recommended by the owner. Appetizer, first course, dessert and wine: 40 euro each. Maybe a little too much. But it's worth it. To try.

An institution. Extraordinary flavors and a great variety of proposals. From cod to lamb. Cost a little high but adequate to the level. Nice owner with whom we chatted all evening

If you want to satisfy everyone, and I stress everyone, your senses, you can't not go there! In addition it is family run, and Aldo and Maria (chef) are very interesting and nice people, and combine talent, passion and experience with an almost unlimited gastronomic culture that borders on history, philosophy, literature and art - including the seventh! ;-)

I wouldn't want to be wrong, but the restaurant has closed for about a month. a big loss in the city food and wine scene.
