I tell my episode and leave judgment for the reader. Bought samsung climate in 2010. This year the climate does not work and two lights come on. I call the shop about the problem and ask for an intervention. I am told: the gas in my system has run out and since it is no longer legal gas it can no longer be sold and introduced into the machine. Therefore a new system must be purchased, prices are from 1200 euros upwards. I am shocked, I asked if they were sure it was a gas problem and I asked for an intervention on site. They tell me the technician would call me as soon as he was available. In the meantime, I inquire, I call other technicians / air conditioning shops etc. and I discover that I have been told things that are not true with the sole intention of selling me a new car. In fact, the gas on the car is legal R410 until 2025 and in any case it can be refilled even after 2025 with some precautions. But the thing even more to highlight is that with the intervention of a very good and honest samsung technician I discovered that the problem is not the gas (which is there !!) but the internal card has blown and needs to be changed. Cost 300 euros but I don't have to spend 1500 for a new climate. I do not say who was good and correct even if they deserve it because otherwise it seems that they want to advertise but I am more interested in advertising who is not correct and loyal. By the way I called 2 days later saying that I was told an untrue thing about illegal gas and that it is not fair to give false information. Answer: commercial choices !! And anyway, after 15 days he never called me one of their technicians. Everyone draw their own conclusions, I do not name other names because I do not want to advertise, every replica of the shop will be only opportunistic and bogus, I am just a citizen who hates the unprofessionalism and seriousness of a seller.
