Good pastry, famous for its miniature formats. But however, however there is a though. How can the recent increase in prices, already at high levels, be justified? That is, what has been done more than usually offered (order, cleanliness, undisputed goodness of the product) to deserve the increase? I read about a "Canavacciolo effect" that I didn't understand well. If so, why should the consumer be penalized?

Definitely the best pastry shop in Novara ... and not only! However, prices are prohibitive and continue to rise
