I turned to the Novarese Dermatology Clinic for a problem of ingrown toenail recurrence to both big toes. The secretary has always been very kind and professional. As for the surgery, I explained my situation to the doctor, that is, that I had already performed 3 surgeries at other sites. Unfortunately, the solution proposed to me was the same solution indicated to me by the other studies (laser matrix removal) and I trusted. After 3 more interventions at this study I saw that the situation did not improve but the doctor continued to indicate only these laser surgeries to solve the problem. I decided to go elsewhere, where, after listening carefully to my problem and my situation, with a single surgery with phenol they solved the problem. In total, my personal experience in this study was not good at all.
