I went in a bit dubious as I thought they were low to medium level product. Instead I found well-made products, with a remarkable variety of shapes and fabrics to choose from. The display in this shop is well curated and the staff were courteous but unobtrusive. For the moment I have "only" made the purchase and I am waiting for the delivery of the product, we hope the experience will continue in a positive way.

We were greeted by extremely friendly and trained staff, discreet and attentive to our needs and our privacy as well as very attentive to safety related to the covid 19 health emergency. We were highly recommended and we made the purchase and payment in a short time. Great branch! I highly recommend taking a tour to test their professionalism and excellent products in person, also because you don't feel absolutely obliged to buy and you feel at ease!

Good morning What can I say ... GOOD I would say. At least as a shopping experience. Then the "difficult" will come now: I hope that the delivery and "use" of the purchased sofa + armchair corresponds to the (high!) Expectations. I thank Mrs. Letizia (from the Novara shop) for her patience, availability and the suggestions provided. Truly a good person, capable of guiding the customer and helping to give security in the final choices. Thank you. If I really have to find a 'problem', I can say that the information on the installments was not entirely up to the purchase advice. But it will still be easy to acquire the absolutely necessary skills in determining all costs. Given the times of crisis this is an important aspect for those who need 'absolute' certainties. I feel like doing a positive review after reading too many negative ones. First of all, I want to thank Filli: excellent seller, she recommended us to perfection! After a visit in February, we go to the shop at the end of May. Always helped by Filli, we resume the visit and go back to the Nibbio sofa with which we were in love: in proceeding with the purchase, Filli informs us of the delivery times, in our case at the end of July, time appropriate for us and therefore we do not rush to order. I have read many reviews where delivery times are late, instead in my case the delivery time has been respected, as well as the appointment for delivery set in the morning. In addition, the sofa has no defects. Recommended 👍
