For years I have been going to this jewelry for Dodo and Pomellato. And I don't live in Novara. Staff very nice and helpful in advising. True professionals in the field of watches that are always up to date.

Rude, peasant and incompetent staff to say the least. Negative experience as I was VERY AGGREDATED by the jewelry owner. Unfortunately I can not put less than a star. IF YOU HAVE TO GO TO JEWELERY DO NOT GO TO BENSON, give preference to other jewelers in Novara that deserve to be called such. I went to this authorized dodo jewelry store thinking that my bracelet could go under warranty despite not being purchased by them. They made me believe that the bracelet could go under warranty without notifying me that I should have taken it to the boutique where it was purchased. After a few days I went to collect it and I had to pay because it was settled by them. The bracelet was not correctly positioned so much that I could no longer put it, much less remove it. I went to the shop to point out that the bracelet was not correctly adjusted. I was immediately attacked. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!
