I find PESSIMO the service given to the public by the online booking system for the renewal / release of the passport. The waiting time to get the appointment is about 1 month and 20 days (to date 22/02/19 the first available appointment is 12/04/19), which I find shameful; the police headquarters in Novara managed to regret the long waiting queues at the branches that at least allowed to get the document in decent times, now to be able to get it, between waiting to have the appointment and 25 days to physically have a passport after the delivery of the documentation at the counter, it is about 2 and a half months, ABSURD !!!! Because of the inefficiency of the police station I had to give up a planned trip for the second week of April!

Shameful situation: impossible to contact the passport office by telephone at the times indicated. No reply to emails sent. Services therefore totally useless. A joke for the citizen. Someone should take action.
