Excellent shop for those who want to start entering the world of cycling. I bought my first entry level bike, and today if it should have any problems I would have no problem taking it to Bicitalia, because I find competent and very friendly staff.

I arrive at the port of Palermo happy to be on vacation with my specialized epic carbon when I realize that I hadn't brought my shoes with me. Tragedy!! I enter this shop and despair gives way to good humor thanks to the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Fortunately they saved me by offering me a pair of northwaves at an exceptional price to say the least. And with a little effort they also included the shimano spd cleats in the price. Thank you guys. You will be my point of reference every time I come on vacation in your area.

My experience goes back a few years to the truth, but I see that others have something to say. Poor professional seriousness, like others, they grab bikes unsuitable for size and sell you shoes without adequate well-installed cleat support, useful to make you fall and cause a scaphoid fracture !! Well done.
