Incompetent cashier. I needed to make a cashier's check which she did not execute because she did not know me and she did not assume the responsibility not knowing that cashier's checks can be made in any Italian branch by circularity. Irritating and arrogant director. I went to another Mps agency also in Arezzo and I performed the operation in two minutes

Always interminable row at the only box that is usually open. Another 10 employees passing the row looking indifferent. Bad organization of staff, no attention for the customer who is obliged to make a cash transaction.
